My first visit
We’re excited to welcome you to Spruce Grove Dental! Our office is conveniently located at 300 Glenmose Rd, Suite 301, Fairport, NY, with ample parking available onsite. To ensure a smooth and efficient first visit, we recommend completing the New Patient Forms available on our website prior to your appointment. If you prefer, you can arrive 10–15 minutes early to fill out the forms in person.
Your first visit will begin with a private consultation with Jonathan Adler, DDS, during which we’ll review your medical history, dental history, and any specific concerns or goals. This will be followed by:
- Digital X-rays and any necessary imaging to provide a complete view of your oral health.
- A comprehensive dental exam, including an oral cancer screening, TMJ evaluation, and assessment of your teeth and gums.
- A detailed discussion of findings, personalized recommendations, and next steps to achieve your healthiest smile.
Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident about your care.
