My First Visit

We're excited to welcome you to Spruce Grove Dental! Our office is conveniently located at 300 Glenmose Road, Suite 301, Fairport, NY 14450, with ample on-site parking available.
To ensure a smooth and efficient first visit, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to complete any needed paperwork in person.
Your first visit will begin with a private consultation with Jonathan Adler, DDS, during which we’ll review your medical history, dental history, and any specific concerns or goals. This will be followed by:
- Digital X-rays and any necessary imaging to provide a complete view of your oral health.
- A comprehensive dental exam, including an oral cancer screening, TMJ evaluation, and assessment of your teeth and gums.
- A detailed discussion of findings, personalized recommendations, and next steps to achieve your healthiest smile.
Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident about your care.
Financing & Insurance
At Spruce Grove Dental, we strive to make quality dental care accessible and affordable for all our patients. We offer a variety of payment options and work with most major insurance providers to simplify your experience.
Payment Options
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)
For more extensive treatment plans, we offer flexible patient financing through Cherry, which allows you to pay over time with simple, transparent payment plans designed to fit your budget. The practice also accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that provides additional financing options for qualifying patients.

In-Network
We are in-network with Excellus Medicare, Delta Dental, Excellus, Cigna, UHC, as well as other plans affiliated with these carriers. If your plan isn’t listed by name, it may still be part of one of these networks. Not sure if we’re in-network with your specific plan? Out-of-Network / Not In-Network
We are not in-network with the following plans:
